Run the monthly Math Lab where students build working models from matchsticks and cardboard.
Organize inter-house speed-math competitions during Saraswati Puja break.
Collate question banks for half-yearly and annual exams under the supervision of the HOD.
Attend department meetings every Wednesday before school starts to share innovative teaching tricks.
Mentor two students from economically weaker sections for Olympiads using free online resources.
Submit a one-page monthly reflection on student misconceptions to the Principal.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from NCTE-approved institution.
Two years of full-time Mathematics Teaching Job in East Singhbhum or similar tribal belt preferred.
Familiarity with NCERT textbooks and Jharkhand state board pattern is essential.
