Role Summary
The PRT Hindi Teacher vacancy in Jamatra is a full-time role teaching Grades I to V in a medium-sized school where Hindi is both the medium of instruction and the language of cultural pride. Two years of classroom experience in Hindi is expected, though TET or CTET is not mandatory. Fluency in Hindi and familiarity with local dialects help students connect faster.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly lesson plans for Grades I to V covering reading, writing, grammar, and spoken Hindi.
Conduct daily Hindi periods with storytelling, poem recitation, and simple dictation.
Organize monthly Hindi assemblies showcasing student recitations and skits.
Create low-cost teaching aids using local materials for better concept clarity.
Assess notebooks and conduct periodic written tests to track progress.
Collaborate with art teachers to design wall magazines in Hindi every term.
Attend staff meetings and departmental discussions on curriculum updates.
Participate in parent-teacher interactions to explain student progress in Hindi.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with Hindi as a subject in graduation or post-graduation.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Minimum two years of full-time Hindi teaching experience in a school.
Preference for candidates who have worked in Jharkhand schools.
Familiarity with local culture and dialects is an added advantage.
