What You Will Do
1. Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive archery coaching programs for students of all age groups and skill levels.
2. Conduct regular coaching sessions, workshops, and training camps to enhance student performance and develop their archery skills.
3. Develop and maintain a well-equipped archery range and related facilities at St. Xavier High School.
4. Collaborate with other coaches and trainers to create a holistic sports environment for students.
5. Identify and nurture talented archers to participate in inter-school, inter-district, and state-level competitions.
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and competition results.
7. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote archery sports and its benefits.
8. Stay updated with the latest archery techniques, rules, and regulations to provide students with the best possible coaching.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this position, you must have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in coaching archery. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is not required as this is a non-teaching administrative role. However, possessing a TET or CTET certification is not mandatory.

- Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of archery techniques, rules, and regulations
- Ability to work with students of all age groups and skill levels
- Experience in leading and managing sports teams and events
- Strong communication and organizational skills
