7. Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and subject concerns.

Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Master’s degree in Political Science from a recognized university
- B.Ed or equivalent teacher training qualification
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Political Science at senior secondary level
- Fluency in Hindi and English with strong communication skills
- Teaching experience in a school environment in Jharkhand

Good to Have
- D.El.Ed or equivalent for foundational clarity
- TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in CBSE curriculum delivery
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools like Google Classroom or Kahoot
