Role Summary
Grizzly Vidyalaya In Tilaiya Dam,koderma is seeking a highly experienced and skilled PRT Dance Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of the dance department, you will be responsible for shaping the education and development of our students. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging dance curricula for students in grades 1-12
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills
- Monitor and analyze board exam results to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and coordinate dance performances and events for the school
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate dance education with other subjects
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Assist in the development of school policies and procedures related to dance education
- Represent the school at local dance events and competitions
- Evaluate and recommend new dance resources and materials for the school
- Provide support to the Head of Department in administrative tasks
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed degree from a recognized university. A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching dance is required, with a proven track record of achievement. Preference will be given to candidates with a NET or SET qualification in dance education. You should be familiar with the Jharkhand state curriculum and have a deep understanding of dance education principles.
