Who You Will Teach
As a PRT Music Teacher, you will be working with students from diverse learning levels, including primary, middle, and high school. You will be based in our school in Kodarma, Jharkhand, where you will create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of students with diverse learning needs
- Support students with special needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities
- Encourage students to participate in music activities, including singing, playing instruments, and composing music
- Use technology to enhance music learning and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver music activities and events
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and needs
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in music education
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Music or a related field
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
