Role Summary

5. Provide feedback and guidance to students and teachers on areas of improvement.
6. Develop and maintain a resource library of soft skills training materials and resources.
7. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training.
8. Assist in the development of the school's soft skills policy and implementation plan.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must have a graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. A background in education or a related field is preferred. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in training and development, knowledge of adult learning principles, and expertise in soft skills training are highly desirable. Familiarity with local languages and culture is an added advantage.
