As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the soft skills of our students, teachers, and staff, enabling them to excel in their personal and professional lives.
What You Will Do
- Train students on effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Conduct workshops and sessions on leadership, self-awareness, and goal setting
- Develop and implement a comprehensive soft skills training program for the school community
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate soft skills into the curriculum
- Conduct assessments and feedback sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program
- Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and experts to enhance the training program
- Assist in the development of school policies and procedures related to soft skills training
- Participate in school events and functions to promote soft skills awareness
- Evaluate and improve the soft skills training program continuously
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in any field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in soft skills training or a related field
- Strong knowledge of soft skills and their application in real-life situations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Good to Have:
- Certification in soft skills training (e.g. CTET, TET)
- Experience in school administration or leadership roles
- Knowledge of local education regulations and policies
