Job Overview

5. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them develop their teaching skills and confidence.
6. Participate in school-wide initiatives, such as professional development programs, to enhance teaching practices.
7. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to Chemistry education, aligned with Jharkhand state guidelines.
8. Organize and execute Chemistry-related events, workshops, and competitions to stimulate student interest and engagement.
9. Maintain accurate records of student performance, progress, and achievements in Chemistry.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.), with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While a NET or SET qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
