Acharyakulam Ranchi is establishing a new ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) in Namkum to foster innovation and hands-on learning among students. The Atl Lab Incharge will lead this initiative, ensuring smooth operation of lab activities and equipment. This role is crucial for promoting STEM culture and project-based learning in the school.
Day-to-Day Duties
Organize daily lab sessions for student groups using Atl Lab Incharge Vacancy in Ranchi resources.
Maintain equipment logs and ensure all tools are functional and safely stored.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages or damages to management.
Guide students during tinkering projects and troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate with teachers to align lab activities with curriculum needs.

Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in any discipline with 5 years of relevant experience in lab management or administration.
Experience in handling science labs, innovation hubs, or maker spaces is preferred.
Good to Have
Prior work in schools or educational institutions in Ranchi or Jharkhand.
Familiarity with ATL guidelines from NITI Aayog or similar innovation programs.
