Acharyakulam Ranchi, a well-established school in Namkum, Ranchi, is looking for a skilled LAB ASSISTANT to join its administrative team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of the school's laboratory facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the laboratory staff in maintaining the laboratory equipment and instruments.
2. Ensure that the laboratory is clean and well-maintained at all times.
3. Assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for laboratory experiments.
4. Provide technical support to students and teachers in the laboratory.
5. Maintain records of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
6. Assist in the ordering and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.
7. Collaborate with the laboratory staff to develop and implement laboratory safety protocols.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the laboratory staff or school administration.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a post-graduate degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting is required, preferably in a school or educational institution. B.Ed./D.El.Ed. is not necessary for this role, but TET/CTET certification is not required.
Preferred Skills
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, is essential.
