About This Role
Acharyakulam Ranchi, a renowned educational institution in Jharkhand, seeks an experienced Music Teacher to manage its music department in Namkum, Ranchi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the music program at the school and overseeing its operations.
What You Will Do
1. Manage the music department at Acharyakulam Ranchi in Namkum, Ranchi, and oversee its day-to-day operations.
2. Coordinate music events, concerts, and competitions for students and staff.
3. Develop and implement music curriculum and programs for students.
4. Recruit and train music instructors and staff as needed.
5. Manage music resources, including instruments, equipment, and facilities.
6. Collaborate with other departments to promote music education and performance.
7. Develop marketing strategies to promote music programs and events.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in music or a related field is required. A Bachelor's degree in education (B.Ed) or a diploma in elementary education (D.El.Ed) is also mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certification. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is a must.
