What You Will Do
Plan and conduct daily Music classes for primary students as per school curriculum.
Teach vocal and instrumental music, including classical, folk, and contemporary styles.
Prepare students for school events and inter-house competitions in Rahe, Ranchi.
Organize annual music fests and cultural programs at Sir J.c. Academy School Thakurgaon.
Assess student progress through periodic recitals and written feedback.
Collaborate with other PRT teachers to integrate music with school activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and safety during music sessions.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Music Teacher in a school.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification.
Experience teaching in Jharkhand schools.
Familiarity with local music traditions of Ranchi.
