3. Conduct interactive classes using multimedia tools, storytelling, and group activities to improve fluency and comprehension.

5. Collaborate with the Kannada department to update textbooks, teaching aids, and syllabus materials as needed.
6. Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment while addressing student queries and concerns promptly.

8. Prepare students for state-level Kannada examinations or competitive tests if applicable.
The ideal candidate holds a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Kannada or related literature. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in Kannada or language education, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career progression.
