* A valid TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Familiarity with technology and its use in teaching and learning
