Core responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging lessons that meet learning outcomes for Accountancy.
2. Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
3. Provide timely feedback to students and parents.
4. Maintain accurate attendance and grade records.
5. Participate in the school’s Academic Council meetings.
6. Organise and supervise practical accounting sessions and field visits.
7. Update lesson plans with current industry developments.
8. Contribute to the preparation of annual school reports and examination papers.
9. Mentor students for competitive exams and career guidance in finance.
What you bring to the table
- Post‑graduate degree in Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory; TET/CTET preferred.
- Strong command of accounting principles and practical application.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Proven ability to inspire students and enhance their academic performance.
