Role Summary
Sagar Public School seeks an energetic Football Coach to lead our sports program. This role is pivotal in shaping disciplined, teamwork‑oriented athletes for inter‑school competitions. The coach will drive training, strategy, and performance analysis for student teams across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement progressive training plans for boys and girls teams.
- Conduct daily practice sessions and weekly tactical workshops.
- Monitor player development and adjust drills to individual needs.
- Coordinate with school administration for scheduling matches and events.
- Maintain equipment inventory and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Mentor younger coaches and support staff in coaching techniques.
- Represent the school at district tournaments and liaise with coaches from other schools.
- Analyze match footage to provide constructive feedback and improve strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have – Graduate degree, minimum 2 years of coaching experience, strong knowledge of football rules and techniques.
Good to Have – Prior experience in school sports management, certification in coaching or sports science, fluency in Hindi and English.
