Job Description
PGT English Teacher Job in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh | School Recruitment
Sagar Public School is where teachers don’t just teach but become part of a family that shapes curious minds every day. Known across Bhopal for blending academic rigor with values like empathy and integrity, this is a place where classrooms buzz with questions, not just answers. Whether it’s morning assemblies in the open courtyard or literature circles in the library nook, every space here breathes learning.
Working at Sagar Public School means joining a team that values collaboration over competition. You’ll find teachers who share lesson plans over chai, students who greet you by name in the corridor, and parents who trust the school like their own home. The school runs on a rhythm—structured yet flexible—where creativity in teaching English isn’t just allowed, it’s expected.
Your role here goes beyond the textbook. You’ll design engaging English lessons that bring Shakespeare to life, debate sessions that spark critical thought, and writing workshops that turn shy students into confident authors. Beyond the classroom, you’ll mentor students in literary clubs, judge inter-house elocution contests, and represent the school in regional English festivals. You’ll also attend monthly pedagogy meets where teachers across grades share best practices. It’s hands-on, heart-in work.
We’re looking for someone with a master’s degree in English and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET or CTET isn’t mandatory, your passion for language and experience in teaching Grades 9–12 will set you apart. What matters most is your ability to connect—with students, with stories, and with colleagues who become friends. If you believe English isn’t just a subject but a doorway to worlds unseen, this is your classroom.
Sagar Public School offers a monthly salary between Rs.35,000 and Rs.60,000 based on experience and qualifications. You’ll also receive annual increments, health insurance for your family, and access to professional development workshops. The school supports your growth, from funding for literature conferences to in-house training in modern teaching methods.
To join this community, send your updated resume and a brief note on your teaching philosophy to the HR department at Sagar Public School. Mention “English Teacher Vacancy in Bhopal” in the subject line. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into a place where every word you teach echoes long after the bell rings.
