Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT Mathematics Teacher, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and delivering lessons to students in Class VI to VIII
- Creating engaging and interactive learning materials to cater to different learning styles
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Developing and implementing Mathematics curricula and lesson plans
- Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs
- Participating in school events and activities to promote Mathematics education
- Staying updated with the latest developments in Mathematics education and incorporating them into your teaching practices
- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Contributing to the development of the school's Mathematics department and curriculum
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- TET or CTET certification (preferably)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
