Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans for Social Science subjects to classes VI to X
- Teach and assess students in a classroom setting
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Develop and implement new teaching methods and materials
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities
- Evaluate and improve teaching methods and materials
- Participate in school events and activities
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must have a post-graduate degree in Social Science or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for teaching positions. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the TET or CTET exams. At least 3 years of experience in teaching Social Science subjects is required.
