Role Introduction

Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver well‑structured lessons that align with the curriculum and promote interactive learning.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and class participation, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment, ensuring materials and resources are ready for each session.
- Engage with students to identify learning gaps and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
- Plan and implement unit plans that integrate reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Coordinate with senior teachers to align teaching objectives and share best practices.
- Participate in faculty meetings to discuss student progress and curricular enhancements.
- Facilitate extra‑curricular activities such as debates, drama, or literary clubs to strengthen language proficiency.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct mid‑term and final assessments, compiling results for academic reporting.
- Contribute to the annual school review by presenting student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Mentor new teachers or interns, offering guidance on classroom management and instructional techniques.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in teaching English at the school level.
- Strong command of English grammar, literature, and modern teaching methodologies.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assess student learning effectively.
Salary and Location
- Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
