About This Role

What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons to students from Class 6 to 10
2. Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and exams to assess student progress
3. Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support
4. Develop and implement curriculum materials to enhance student learning
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies
7. Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress
8. Stay up-to-date with changes in Social Science curriculum and pedagogy
9. Contribute to the development of the school's Social Science department
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Social Science or related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree or equivalent
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Fluency in English and Marathi languages
Good to Have:
- CTET/TET qualification
- Experience in teaching Social Science to students from Class 6 to 10
- Familiarity with CBSE or ICSE curriculum
