What You Will Do
1. Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Indian accounting standards.
2. Oversee day‑to‑day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and vendor settlements.
3. Develop and maintain budgets for school operations, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions.
4. Coordinate internal and external audits, providing documentation and addressing audit findings promptly.
5. Lead the finance team, delegating tasks, setting performance targets, and fostering professional growth.
6. Implement financial controls, risk mitigation strategies, and policies to safeguard assets and maintain transparency.
7. Analyze financial data to produce reports for the principal, board, and stakeholders, highlighting trends and opportunities.
8. Manage cash flow, investment decisions, and long‑term financial planning, ensuring sustainability of school programs.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and possess at least three years of progressive experience in a similar role.
