Human Resource Head Job in Pune, Maharastra | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Role Summary
The Human Resource Head will lead all people‑operations at Delhi Public School Hinjawadi, overseeing recruitment, employee relations and compliance for a vibrant school community in Punecity, Pune. This full‑time position reports to the Principal and works closely with senior faculty and administrative staff.
What You Will Do
1. Design and implement HR policies that align with the school’s vision and state regulations.
2. Drive Human Resource Head Recruitment in Maharastra, managing end‑to‑end hiring for teaching and support staff.
3. Lead the Human Resource Head Vacancy in Pune process, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates.
4. Oversee payroll, benefits administration and statutory compliance for all employees.
5. Conduct performance appraisal cycles and professional development plans for staff.
6. Resolve employee grievances and maintain a harmonious work environment.
7. Maintain HR data, reports and analytics to support strategic decisions.
8. Coordinate with the school’s finance team for budgeting and resource planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum three years of experience in HR management, preferably in an educational setting. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. Good command of English and Marathi.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of labour laws applicable to schools in Maharashtra. Experience in handling recruitment drives for large institutions. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Ability to lead change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
