Job Overview

Delhi Public School Hinjawadi is looking for a dedicated music professional to lead its co‑curricular music program. The role shapes cultural activities, coordinates events and nurtures student talent through organized performances and workshops.

What You Will Do

- Design and implement a comprehensive music curriculum for extra‑curricular sessions.
- Organise school concerts, festivals and inter‑school competitions.
- Manage the music department budget and procure instruments and learning resources.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and maintain performance records.
- Liaise with parents and external music academies to arrange workshops and guest sessions.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and student volunteers in event logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for equipment and practice spaces.
- Prepare periodic reports for school management on program outcomes and participation.

Required Qualifications

Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a specialization in music education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school music administration or related co‑curricular leadership.

Good to Have
- TET / CTET certification.
- Post‑graduate degree in music or arts management.
