What You Will Do
1. Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum frameworks, and evaluation strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
2. Oversee the coordination of academic events, including seminars, workshops, and inter-house competitions, ensuring smooth execution.
3. Collaborate with faculty and staff to refine teaching methodologies, assess progress, and promote continuous improvement.
4. Manage academic records, attendance, and student performance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with institutional guidelines.
5. Represent the school at academic forums, parent-teacher meetings, and external collaborations to strengthen partnerships.
6. Monitor and report on academic performance trends, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing actionable solutions.
7. Ensure adherence to educational standards, including compliance with Maharashtra Board guidelines and national benchmarks.
8. Support the Principal in decision-making related to academic growth, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
Required Qualifications
Hold a postgraduate degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in school administration or academic coordination. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, though TET/CTET is not required for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of school management software is essential.
Preferred Skills
Experience in curriculum development, academic planning, and stakeholder engagement is highly valued. Familiarity with educational technology, data analytics, and policy formulation will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.60,000 - Rs.90,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
