PRT Mathematics Teacher Position at Mis International School in Haveli, Pune
Teach mathematics to students in Class I to Class V at Mis International School, ensuring engaging and interactive lessons. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Use visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make abstract concepts tangible for young learners.
Prepare daily lesson schedules, conduct classroom observations, and provide constructive feedback to students to identify and address learning gaps. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and motivated to excel. Collaborate with the mathematics faculty to share best practices and enhance teaching methods.
Ensure students meet the school’s academic standards by assessing their progress through regular tests, quizzes, and assignments. Keep detailed records of student performance and communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress. Stay updated on educational trends and curriculum updates to continuously improve teaching strategies.
Graduate with at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as the minimum qualification for teaching. Three years of relevant teaching experience at the primary level is required. Experience with mathematics education in a school setting is preferred.
Salary for the role is Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month. The position is based in Haveli, Pune, Maharastra, and is full-time. Applications are welcome for this opportunity.
