Goodwill International Foundation School invites applications for the position of PGT Physics Teacher in Thane, Maharastra. As a full-time faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to students across various classes and levels. Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Physics to students across various classes and levels, following the curriculum set by the Maharashtra State Board.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and activities to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Prepare students for board exams by providing guidance and support in areas such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, such as science fairs and exhibitions.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance.
- Stay updated with new developments and advancements in the field of Physics, incorporating them into the curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Physics at a school level.
- CTET/TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
