About This Role
The Sports Teacher position at Bbrt International School is designed to lead the physical education program and sports activities across Kalyan and Thane. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and managing sports events while ensuring student participation and safety. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a structured sports curriculum for students aged 5 to 17.
Organize inter-house and inter-school sports competitions in Kalyan and Thane.
Manage a team of assistant coaches and support staff for smooth operations.
Coordinate with the school administration to allocate budgets for sports equipment and facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all sports activities.
Monitor student progress and provide reports to parents and school leadership.
Arrange sports tours, training camps, and guest coaching sessions.
Promote a culture of fitness, discipline, and teamwork among students.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in Physical Education or Sports Science.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sports coaching or administration.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Good to Have
Experience in organizing sports events at school or district level.
Familiarity with local sports infrastructure in Thane and Kalyan.
