Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, addressing individual student needs with patience and adaptability. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and departmental planning sessions to strengthen the school’s academic and extracurricular programs.
Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physics along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized university. Possess a valid Teaching Eligibility Certificate (TET/CTET) as preferred but not mandatory for this role. A postgraduate qualification in Physics or a related field is highly beneficial for deeper subject expertise.
Experience
Minimum of four years of teaching experience, preferably in high school or equivalent settings. Experience in motivating students, particularly those from diverse backgrounds, is a plus. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology would be advantageous.
Salary and Terms
