Role
TGT Biology Teacher at Hollotoli School | Dimapur.
Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans aligned with the state curriculum and deliver engaging biology classes to students from grades 6 to 10.
Conduct practical sessions, ensuring safety protocols and proper use of laboratory equipment.
Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain detailed attendance records and submit monthly reports to the school administration.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and participate in school events.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Biology or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of student engagement and curriculum delivery.
Salary
Rs.17,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Location
Full‑time position based in Dimapur Sadar, Dimapur, Nagaland.
