Classroom and Curriculum Support
Collaborate with the principal and department heads to refine teaching strategies. Attend departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and student performance trends. Maintain updated teaching resources, including textbooks, digital tools, and industry-relevant materials.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks
Assist in organizing school events related to business and entrepreneurship, such as guest lectures or competitions. Support the principal in administrative tasks like report card preparation and parent-teacher interactions. Ensure compliance with school policies on student conduct and academic integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. Experience in rural or government school environments is a plus. Familiarity with Odisha’s education board syllabus is beneficial.
