PRT Dance Teacher Position at Utkal Gaurav International School
Utkal Gaurav International School in Bant, Bhadrak, invites applications for a full-time PRT Dance Teacher role. This position focuses on delivering structured dance classes, fostering creativity and discipline among students. The role requires a passionate individual with a strong background in dance techniques to inspire young learners.
The successful candidate will teach foundational dance forms, including Bharatanatyam, Kathak, or contemporary styles, ensuring age-appropriate instruction. Daily classes will include warm-ups, choreography, and performance practice, with an emphasis on cultural appreciation and physical coordination.
Experience in dance pedagogy and familiarity with school curriculum standards will be beneficial. The teacher must maintain a safe and engaging learning environment while adapting lessons to meet individual student needs. Collaboration with the school’s arts department will help integrate dance into broader educational goals.
A graduate degree with a minimum of two years of dance teaching experience is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. The salary for this role is competitive, offering Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and performance.
