Day-to-Day Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admissions and inquiries. Coordinate with the admissions team to schedule visits and follow‑ups. Manage call logs and update the CRM system daily. Resolve queries about fees, events and campus facilities. Gather feedback from parents and relay it to the relevant departments. Promote upcoming programs and enrollment drives. Provide support during the enrollment season. Assist in preparing call scripts and training new staff on communication protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have – Post‑graduate degree, minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑service or telecommunication role, excellent command of Hindi and English. Good to Have – Prior experience in an educational setting, basic knowledge of school administration processes, familiarity with CRM tools.
