Required Qualifications

- A postgraduate degree in English or a related field
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in English
- NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and lead others
