We are seeking a dedicated TGT Mathematics Teacher to join the teaching staff at Abs Oxford International School in Niali, Cuttack. This role involves shaping young minds with a strong foundation in mathematics, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills through engaging lessons. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality education aligned with modern curriculum standards while adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs.
The job requires hands-on classroom instruction, designing lesson plans, and assessing student progress. You’ll engage students in interactive sessions covering algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and applied mathematics, ensuring clarity and practical relevance. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in school-wide academic initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting, would be highly beneficial. Your ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts simply and motivate students is essential for this role.
