7. Implement and monitor safety drills, ensuring all vehicles meet safety standards and driver certifications.
8. Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and permits, renewing as required.
9. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents regarding transport queries and concerns.
10. Continuously assess and improve transport operations, incorporating feedback from students, staff, and parents.
Qualification
A graduate with at least three years of experience in transportation management or a related field is required. Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing fleet operations. Knowledge of local traffic regulations and experience with route optimization software is desirable.
Salary
The position offers a monthly remuneration of Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
