What You Will Do
Plan and deliver engaging Political Science lessons to students of Class XI and XII.
Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess student progress.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student understanding and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum changes.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to students on academic and personal matters.
Develop and implement extracurricular activities to promote student engagement with Political Science.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Political Science (M.A./M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with a specialization in Political Science or a related subject.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a PGT in a reputable school.
Good to Have
- TET/CTET certification (preferably).
- Experience teaching Political Science in a school setting.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources.
