Maintain classroom discipline, create a positive learning environment and encourage analytical thinking among students.
Participate in departmental meetings, school events and parent‑teacher interactions to discuss student performance and curricular matters.
Prepare necessary teaching aids, worksheets and digital resources to enhance conceptual understanding.
Required Skills
Strong command over school‑level Mathematics concepts and effective pedagogical methods.
Ability to simplify complex topics and foster problem‑solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Odia, with a collaborative attitude toward colleagues.
Proficiency in using basic ICT tools for lesson preparation and assessment.
Salary
