Collaborating with the principal and subject coordinators to maintain academic excellence and adapt teaching methods based on student feedback. Ensuring compliance with Odisha’s education board guidelines and national curriculum frameworks.
Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related discipline is mandatory. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for the TGT position. At least four years of teaching experience in Political Science at the secondary level is preferred.

Compensation and Location
