Regular evaluations will include oral assessments, written tests, and project-based activities to track student progress. Feedback will be given both formally and informally to guide improvement.
Professional growth is encouraged, so the teacher must stay updated on Punjab’s educational curriculum updates. Collaboration with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and participating in school events like cultural fairs will also be part of the responsibilities.
