Daily Responsibilities

Assist students with homework, assignments, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update lesson plans, aligning them with the school’s syllabus and Bibi Kaulan Ji Public School’s teaching methodology. Conduct regular assessments, including quizzes and mid-term exams, to gauge student comprehension. Collaborate with the academic team to review and improve teaching strategies for Accountancy. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and student performance trends.
Periodic Responsibilities
Prepare and submit term-end project reports, including student performance summaries and recommendations for academic support. Organize practical sessions, such as case studies or mock exams, to enhance students’ hands-on learning in Accountancy. Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance, grading, and subject-specific guidelines.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related commerce discipline with at least two years of teaching experience in Accountancy. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for the role. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Strong command over English and Hindi is essential for effective communication with students and parents.
