The salary for this position is Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. To qualify, hold a postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related field with at least two years of teaching experience. A Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
