Job Description
Responsibilities
You will deliver structured Political Science lessons aligned with the Punjab curriculum, covering topics like governance, international relations, and contemporary political issues. Your classes will engage students through interactive discussions, case studies, and real-world examples to deepen their understanding.
You will prepare and present well-researched lesson plans, ensuring clarity and relevance to students’ academic growth. This includes designing engaging teaching aids like PowerPoint slides, handouts, and video clips to support classroom instruction.
You will assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, and exams, using standardized grading methods. Your evaluations will help identify strengths and areas needing improvement, guiding personalized feedback.
Eligibility
Hold a postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related discipline. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for teaching at Dips School.
Two years of relevant teaching experience in Political Science or a related subject is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
Employment Details
