PRT Dance Teacher Position at Dips School, Rayya
Dips School | Rayya seeks a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher to lead its dance program in Amritsar 1, Punjab. This role focuses on nurturing students’ artistic expression through structured yet creative dance instruction, blending traditional and contemporary styles. The teacher will design age-appropriate curricula, ensuring alignment with school values while fostering discipline and creativity.
You will develop and deliver weekly dance classes, incorporating movement techniques, choreography, and cultural elements. Practical assessments will include live performances, skill demonstrations, and participation in school events like festivals and inter-house competitions. Your expertise will shape students’ understanding of rhythm, posture, and expressive movement through hands-on teaching methods.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a graduate degree in Dance or related field preferred. Two years of teaching experience, particularly in dance or physical education, will be advantageous. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will strengthen your application.
