* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
* Conduct remedial classes for students who require additional support
* Use online platforms to track student progress and provide feedback
* Integrate technology to make learning more engaging and fun
* Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
Qualifications and Digital Literacy Requirements:
* Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or related field
* B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree
* Familiarity with digital tools and resources
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Skills for the Modern Classroom:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods
* Patient and empathetic approach to teaching
* Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits:
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Other benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan and opportunities for professional growth and development.
