Strategic responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated Science lessons for grades 6–10 aligned with CBSE outcomes. Curate low-cost, high-impact practicals using locally available materials for Kotkapura classrooms. Mentor 4–6 TGT Science Teachers, conducting weekly pedagogy clinics in Dcm International School’s science lab.
Lead quarterly parent workshops on adolescent science learning needs in Faridkot. Coordinate with neighboring schools in the DCM cluster to standardize assessment rubrics. Oversee maintenance of the chemistry and biology specimen inventories costing up to Rs.15,000 annually.
What you bring
A post-graduate degree in Science plus B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum two years of TGT Science Teacher experience in Punjab, preferably in a co-educational CBSE school.
Classroom management skills validated by positive student feedback and zero safety incidents. Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English for report writing and correspondence.
