About This Role

Day-to-Day Duties
1. Maintain accurate records of student and staff data, attendance, and other relevant information.
2. Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to the school administration and regulatory bodies.
3. Manage and coordinate various school events, conferences, and meetings.
4. Provide administrative support to the school principal and other senior officials.
5. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the school administration.
6. Assist in the preparation of school budgets, financial statements, and other financial reports.
7. Maintain the school's inventory, supplies, and equipment.
8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the school administration.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role is required. Familiarity with computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.
