Role Summary

What You Will Do
* Own and implement the Mathematics curriculum at Guru Atam Vallabh Jain Aadarsh Vidyalaya, ensuring that it aligns with the school's academic standards and board requirements
* Mentor junior Mathematics teachers and staff members to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge
* Analyze and improve Mathematics board results, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance student performance
* Develop and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students of different age groups and abilities
* Collaborate with other Mathematics teachers to plan and execute Mathematics projects and activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and Mathematics department activities
* Participate in Mathematics department meetings and contribute to the development of Mathematics department policies and procedures
* Provide guidance and support to students with Mathematics-related queries and concerns
* Stay updated with the latest Mathematics teaching methods and technologies, and incorporate them into the classroom
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
* A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
* A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics, preferably in a school setting
* Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications in Mathematics
* Strong knowledge of Mathematics curricula and assessment methods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
