How You Will Teach
As a PRT Music Teacher at Guru Atam Vallabh Jain Aadarsh Vidyalaya, you will utilize our cutting-edge smart boards, Google Classroom, and Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver interactive lessons. Our blended learning approach allows you to combine traditional teaching methods with modern technology. You will design and implement engaging music curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach music classes to students from Class 1 to 8, using a range of instruments and digital tools.
2. Create and implement lesson plans that incorporate technology, such as online music resources and multimedia presentations.
3. Use our school's LMS to share resources, assignments, and grades with students and parents.
4. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and adjust teaching strategies.
5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of music curriculum.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school events and concerts.
7. Utilize digital tools to create engaging multimedia presentations and videos for music classes.
8. Develop and maintain a music library with digital resources and instruments.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field, and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree. Experience in teaching music is preferred, but not essential. A valid TET/CTET certification is not required.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for a candidate with excellent digital literacy skills and experience in using online teaching tools. Familiarity with music software, audio editing tools, and digital instruments is a plus.
